The Light bulb moment and the excited faces at the candy store, those are the Kodak
moments that fulfill me. Having partaken of that moment in time in a person's
life is absolutely priceless.  My name is Sonja. My first love has been
and always will be nursing. Having practiced for 20+ years  ( 10 of them
in education) I have transitioned to my new found  love Real Estate.

I believe no matter what the realm, an informed consumer/ client is an armed,
equipped and satisfied consumer. Hence I provide the necessary resources and

Growing up in Haiti has endowed me with the qualities of advocacy, negotiation and
